Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
We are a small independent label. Therefore, getting back unused goods in a perfect condition and as soon as possible would be really helpful. Thanks!

The returns are free of charge excluding the shipping cost on your side.

CONDITION
When returning a product, make sure the goods you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (instructions, warranties, authentication certificates). We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
Any item that is returned damaged, used or stained will not be accepted.
REFUND
Once your package reaches Oboyi, please allow 3-7 business days (depending on peak time) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions you described, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
If an item is purchased during a seasonal promotional period and tagged as " ON SALE" it cannot be returned for a money refund.
Returned products, purchased on seasonal promotional period will be refunded with a Voucher.
The Voucher:
- has the value of the product purchased (shipping fees excluded)
- can be used one time only within 3 months of the return;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Voucher (unused credit will not be refunded).
- At the return of a purchase with a voucher will be applied the cost of €50,00;
- if your order has been sent to a country outside of the European Union, the taxes and customs duties cannot be reimbursed by us: try to contact your Customs Office directly to see if they can help you to retrieve these costs.

The nice thing about Oboyi products is the handcrafted taste. Please contact us before your purchase, to know whether a particular model has a right fit for you.
THE PRODUCT
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. Furthermore please note that our products are made of natural material. Some corresponding inequalities of material and colour are possible and are not to be deemed as defects. We reserve the right to change details on products or photos of products without prior notice.
